Table Games at iLOTBet

Table games are the casino classics — roulette, blackjack, baccarat and casino poker — run by software at your own speed instead of by a dealer on camera. They are worth knowing for one reason above all: their odds are public. Unlike a slot, where the maths sits inside the game, a roulette wheel or a blackjack shoe can be worked out with a pencil. This guide sets out those numbers in plain terms so you can choose tables that make a mobile-money balance last. Which table variants the iLOTBet lobby offers to a Kenyan account is up to the operator, so compare what you find with the notes below.

Roulette: Count the Zeros

A European wheel has 37 pockets: the numbers 1 to 36 and a single zero. A straight bet on one number pays 35 to 1, but the true odds are 36 to 1, and that gap — the zero — gives the house an edge of about 2.7%. An American wheel adds a double zero, making 38 pockets and an edge of about 5.26%, nearly twice as much for exactly the same payouts. Some single-zero tables also return half of an even-money bet when the ball lands on zero, which lowers the edge on those bets further. If both wheels are on offer, the single-zero table is the better deal every time.

Blackjack: Decisions That Matter

Blackjack is the one table game where your choices change the return. You aim to beat the dealer's hand without going over 21; picture cards count ten and an ace counts one or eleven. Each hand you can hit, stand, double down or split a pair. Played with basic strategy — a chart of the best move for every combination of your hand and the dealer's up-card — standard blackjack has one of the lowest house edges in the casino. Two rules make a real difference, so check them on the table:

Baccarat: Three Bets, One Clear Choice

Baccarat needs no decisions after the bet: you back Player, Banker or Tie, and cards are drawn by fixed rules. The Banker bet wins a little more often, so it usually carries a commission on wins (commonly 5%); even after it, Banker is the bet with the smallest edge. The Tie bet pays generously but has a far higher edge and is best treated as a side curiosity. Baccarat rounds are fast, which makes a stake plan important.

Casino Poker

Casino poker formats such as Casino Hold'em or Three Card Poker pit your hand against the dealer's, not against other players. Payouts follow a published table for each hand ranking, and many add optional side bets with bigger multipliers and bigger edges. Read the paytable first; the base game is usually the better value.

Staking in Shillings

Kenyan law sets the minimum online stake at KSh 20. A low edge only helps if the balance lasts long enough for the odds to show, so choose a table whose minimum lets your top-up cover dozens of rounds. KSh 1,000 at KSh 20 a hand is fifty hands; at KSh 100 it is ten. Keep the stake flat — doubling after every loss looks safe on paper and empties a balance quickly in practice.

Software or Live?

The same games also run with real dealers in the live casino. Software tables are quicker and good for learning the rules; live tables are slower and more social. Looking for bigger, rarer prizes instead? The slots guide explains fixed and progressive jackpots.

Responsible Play at the Tables

Fast software tables make it easy to play many hands in a short time. Set a deposit limit and a session reminder before you start, never chase a loss with a bigger bet, and stop while it still feels like entertainment.
